Nearly all previously unbooted material and is really great. The title "It's Hard To Be Butterflies" comes from a comment John makes between takes. It's particularly interesting listening to all the chat between the takes and it's just like being a fly on the wall in the studio. It's funny when they are ordering dinner (Disc 2 Track 1 ) and John convinces the whole band to have SUSHI. 

Even though there are numerous takes of the song "I'm Stepping Out", it never becomes boring. John approaches each one in a different way by ad-libbing at the start and end. He seems to be really enjoying himself.
