Leathür Records was the record label that Mötley Crüe's debut album was released on, actually a colophon created by the band and manager Allan Coffman. Too Fast for Love was released in 1981 and featured a picture of singer Vince Neil's leather clad crotch. The format was both LP and cassette, as well as compact disc. There were three pressings, the first being the rarest. The second pressing was available on LP and cassette, as well as compact disc. The third pressing was only available on LP.
Leathür was manufactured and distributed by Greenworld Distribution of Torrance, California. Greenworld went bankrupt in 1986. The album was part of what is referred to as a 'pressing & distribution' (p&d) deal, meaning that the band retained ownership of the masters and Greenworld had rights to make the records and put them out. The Leathür deal was completed by Coffman and Greenworld's Alan Niven, who himself went on to co-manage Guns N' Roses. [-end-]

Disc 1 December 1, 1983 Texas, The live performance at San Antonio debuts with a complete recording of the stereo sound board. And in the latter half, a demo session of "SHOUT AT THE DEVIL" that was not recorded on bonus tracks such as the official remastered version is recorded. Next, Disc 2 recorded the May 31, 1984 Boston performance with the highest sound quality ever from the King Biscuit Flower Hour broadcast disc. In the latter half, from the Toothon performance on March 14, 1984, which was partly recorded on the official live album "LIVE: ENTERTAINMENT OR DEATH", songs not officially recorded are from the Westwood One broadcast disc. Recorded with the best sound quality.
