On October 4, 1975, singer Stevie Wonder performed in Kingston, Jamaica with Bob Marley & The Wailers. The concert benefitted the Jamaican Institute for the Blind. The concert is sometimes called the Wailers Reunion Show because it was the first time the original Wailers (Bob, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer) performed together since 1973. It would be the last time they would perform together. The second set featured Stevie Wonder and Wonderlove. Third World was the opening act and although Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes were scheduled to perform, they did not appear.
